ORDER TRACKING

How to track your order:

An order confirmation email will be sent after each purchase on www.jeunecouture.com. Once your package is processed, you will receive an email notification and the tracking will be automatically updated.

DELIVERY TIMES

CLOTHING :

To uphold our ecological approach, each item is made to order in our workshops, thus avoiding overproduction.

It takes between 5 to 8 business days for product manufacturing, then 2 to 4 days for delivery.

It will not be possible to refund exceptional products such as custom-made jackets/bombers/trench coats

JEWELRY :

For all jewelry purchases, it takes 1 to 2 days for manufacturing, then 2 to 4 days for delivery.
