Refund Policy

 

Jeune Couture accepts returns.

 

If an item arrives damaged or does not match the ordered item and its description, Kamad Paris agrees to refund the full amount paid by the buyer, excluding shipping costs and special-exception products. The item must be returned to us within 14 days of the purchase date. Depending on the situation, a photo of the damaged or unsatisfactory item may suffice. The refund will be processed within a maximum of one month, depending on the specific case.
If an item is not suitable for you, you may return it within 14 days. Jeune Couture agrees to refund the value of the item—excluding shipping costs and special-exception products—within a maximum of one month of receiving the returned item.
If your package is stolen after being delivered to your mailbox, Kamad cannot refund your purchase if you chose a delivery method without signature confirmation or insurance. If you opted for insurance, you must contact the postal service to report the theft, and we will then issue a refund.
