How to track your order:

 

An order confirmation email will be sent after every purchase on www.jeunecouture.com. Once your package has been processed, you will receive an email notification, and the tracking status will be updated automatically.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

CLOTHING:

 

To support our eco-friendly approach, each piece is made to order in our workshops, thereby avoiding overproduction.

Please allow 5 to 8 business days for production, followed by 2 to 4 days for delivery.

Refunds are not available for special items—such as jackets, bomber jackets, or trench coats—that are made to order.

 

 

 

JEWELRY:

 

For all jewelry purchases, please allow 1 to 2 days for production, followed by 2 to 4 days for delivery.
